Reservation Terms and Conditions

Reservations
All Reservations whether made by Telephone, on-line or e-mail are to be considered as binding agreements and Full Payment will be required unless proper notice of cancellation or amendment is received

Payments
Deposits can be made by Debit/Credit Card or cheque
Cheques should be sent first class post within 24 hours of the booking being made unless agreed differently

The balance of payment is due on arrival unless prior agreement is made.

Cancellations
Seven days notice is required to cancel reservations

Amendments
Amendments reducing the number of guests or length of stay will be given due consideration if we are notified at least 48 hours prior to arrival

Refunds
Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances and at management’s sole discretion

Arrival and Departure
Whilst we endeavour to operate a flexible arrival and departure policy to cater for our guests needs. We cannot normally guarantee early morning room availability although we will accept luggage and the Guest’s Lounge is available for your convenience.
Rooms should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure unless prior arrangements are made
